New-York based pianist ANNA KEISERMAN is known for her creative programming, expressive freedom, and singular vision. She currently holds the position of Assistant Professor at Raritan Valley Community College. Additionally, she is Artistic Director of the Mozaika Concert Series at Raritan Valley Community College, a program designed to foster multicultural dialogue through performances of music from the classical canon to contemporary works. She also served as a faculty member at the NYU Steinhardt School of the Arts, Rutgers University Extension Division, and William Paterson University.
She completed her Doctorate in Piano Performance at Rutgers University, where she was awarded the Elizabeth Wyckoff Durham Award for outstanding academic achievement and excellence in piano performance. Performance credits include performances at Le Poisson Rouge (NYC), the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, the Jay and Linda Grunin Center for the Arts in Toms River, NJ, the Strand Theater in Hudson Falls, NY, as well as the Ateneu Barcelonès in Barcelona, Spain. As a soloist, she has performed concertos with orchestras such as the Volgograd Symphony Orchestra in Volgograd, Russia, the University of Minnesota Symphony Orchestra, and the Somerset Symphony Orchestra among others. Additionally, she has toured internationally, performing in countries such as Italy, Spain, and Russia.
