Announcing the 2023 Festival!

The 2023 festival is in honor of the father of Ukrainian contemporary music, Borys Liatoshynsky. Our concert series will present his music, works by his students and their students as well as contemporary composers influenced by Liatoshynsky’s compositions, and will put his string quartets in dialogue with more widely-known works in order to highlight his—and Ukraine’s—unique contributions to the genre.
