MARIAN FIL (b. 2000, Lviv) is a Ukrainian composer and accordionist. He spent his childhood and youth in the city of Novyi Rozdil, Lviv region.

He received his primary musical education in Novyi Rozdil at the Oleh Rudnytskyi Children's School of Arts, where he studied accordion performance with Yaroslav Lytvyn and trumpet with A.A. Trukhym.

In 2019, he graduated from the Barvinsky State Music College in Drohobych, where he studied accordion with Victor Chumak (honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine, Honored Pop Art Artist, and professor at Barvinsky State Music College).

In 2023, Fil obtained a bachelor's degree and is currently pursuing a master's degree at the composition faculty of the Mykola Lysenko Lviv State Academy of Music under direction of Bohdana Frolyak (Winner of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine). He has actively taken part in various Ukrainian and international composition competitions and festivals, including International festival of contemporary music "Contrasts" in Lviv since 2022. He has participated in the Music student exchange | Canada x Ukraine, in cooperation with the Ukrainian student scientific and creative society "Octopus". This joint project was designed to unite composers and performers of higher education institutions of Quebec (Canada) and Ukraine through musical collaboration.
