SERHII PILYUTIKOV (b. 1965, Uzyn) is a composer of orchestral, chamber and vocal works that have beеn performed all across Europe. In 1987 Piluytikov graduated in history from the Kharkiv State University. Beginning in 1989 he studied composition privately with A.Shchetvnsky, then continued studying in his composition class at the Kharkiv Art Institute, from which he graduated in 1995. In 2000 he was appointed the director of the International Youth Music Forum in Kyiv, a festival hosted by the National Ukrainian Composers' Union. His music has been performed at international festivals in Switzerland, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Germany, Armenia, Ukraine, and Poland.

His music has been broadcast by Deutsche Welle TV, UkranianTV Channel “ 1+1”, “Novyi kanal” ( “New Channel”),” STB”, UT-1, Radio “Voice of Kiev”, and “ Promin”- Ukrainian National Broadcasting Company.
